When you order a product or service from the GGP website, we undertake to provide you with a receipt for that purchase by e-mail generally within one working day, or if by postal mail, we will post it within three working days.

Where an item you have ordered is in stock, it will be despatched within seven working days. The time it takes to reach you will depend upon your delivery address and the mode of delivery.

Where the item is not in stock and is unlikely to be in stock for a period greater than twenty working days, we will contact you to offer you an alternative, or a refund.
